Known as the first set of modern hockey cards, 1951-52 Parkhurst is the rarest and most sought after post-war hockey set. 104 of the set's 105 cards are "rookie" cards of the pioneers of hockey. 21 of the 105 cards are of hockey hall of famers, including Howe, Maurice" the rocket" Richard, Bernie "boom boom" geoffrion, terry sawchuk, Ted Lindsay and other stars.
