But reluctantly Atlas, Moonstone, and Songbird follow him to New Mexico for the Thunderbolts' second showdown vs. the Incredible Hulk! In the meantime at Mount Charteris, Techno slips back into the T-Bolts' lives by impersonating the Ogre! Cameo appearances by the Scarlet Witch, Wonder Man, Man-Killer, Samuel Higgins, Clay Brickford, Charcoal, Jolt, and the Beetle robot.
